About the event
Happy New Year! Come to our New Year New you Sound meditation on the 11th Jan at 1.15pm. This will be a blend of sound with the intention to help you release limitations, discover your inner wisdom and express your unique blueprint.
Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. There will also be some guided visualisations to help you release, reconnect and discover our inner purpose.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions. We no longer can use cushions from the benches. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.The cost is £8 per person per class.
