Join us for Sound to Self Awakening — a 60-minute guided sound healing experience designed to rebalance the five elements within you and awaken your deepest sense of peace, presence, and alignment.
This is more than a sound bath — it’s a meditative journey into self awareness, elemental harmony, and embodied stillness.

🌍 Earth Element – Drum The frame drum grounds your energy, activating the physical body and helping release tension into the earth.
