1hr Sound / Gong Bath Meditation

This class is in the small meeting room for this session. There is a 15 person limit.

This is a 1 hour sound / gong bath meditation. Instruments such as the gong, singing bowls, drums, wind chimes and stringed instruments will be played. This sound bath will be more instrumental than the second session which we work more with sound with chakra and element guided meditation.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions. We now are advised by the venue not to use the cushions there on the ground. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.

You can pay online via the payment methods offered card/paypal or you can pay cash on the day.

Parking and entrance is at the back of the building. Enter through the driveway to the back of the building from Queens rd.
