1hr Sound Bath with Chakra & Element alignment

This class is in the small meeting room for this session. There is a 15 person limit.

I will be using a mix of chakra & 5 elements visualisation with sound to create a healing and transformative energetic space. We will first connect to the physical and Earth energies via the drum. We will then work through all of the chakras and elements with different instruments. I will be using different instruments to connect and align different chakras & elements. The event earlier at 1.15pm is just a sound bath only with minimal vocal guidance or chakra specific.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cushions. We now are advised by the venue not to use the cushions there on the ground. You can also sit on the chair, if you don't wish to lie down.

You can pay online via the payment methods offered card/paypal or you can pay cash on the day.

Parking and entrance is at the back of the building. Enter through the driveway to the back of the building from Queens rd.
